What's Hi and Bye?

Nothing is as strong as togetherness - and we’ll be together (briefly) sooner than you think.

We’ve missed you, and we’re really excited to announce that we are now able to offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store so we can briefly say Hi, and sadly say Bye until next time.

How it works

  1. Visit DECIEM.com
  2. Shop slowly.
  3. Upon checkout, select ‘Free Pickup In Store’ and select your nearest DECIEM store.
  4. Await your order confirmation, which will also share a pickup date window and store hours.
  5. Once your order is ready to pick up, you will receive an email with your pickup window, store hours, and the store phone number (keep it handy!)
  6. Head to your local DECIEM store, maintaining an appropriate distance from those around you (please don’t visit if you are not feeling well).
  7. Once you’ve arrived, please call the store and share your full name and order number. Our team will bring your order out to you.
  8. Chat if you’d like to, and accept our sad and longing goodbyes.
  9. Smile and enjoy your journey home. :-)

How do I change my pickup store? How can I ship my order to my house instead?

Select the location icon on the top right corner of any web page to change your country, pickup store, or to revert to online shopping for home delivery.

How can I return items from my pickup purchase?

Click & Collect orders may be returned to the store you have purchased from (please have your order number handy). Please visit DECIEM.com/returns to explore our 365-day return policy.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We will return items to our shelves if they are not picked up within a week of the pickup window noted. After this one week window, your order will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment.

I am unable to pickup my order within the pickup window. Can I request a designate to collect my order instead?

Pickup orders can be collected by designates who share the DEC- order number and full name associated with the order. Once collected, you will receive an email notice stating that the order has been picked up. Orders must be picked up within the one week window noted in the pickup email notification.

What sanitary procedures are you following in-store?

We are consistently monitoring government regulations and have a dedicated task force to work efficiently and quickly on these measures. We are ensuring we maintain the highest standards of health and safety including deep cleaning and increased cleaning frequency, hand sanitizing, gloves and masks along with limited capacities and social distancing.

Can I return empties to the store to participate in the Terracycle program?

Our team will not be able to accept empties at this time for their safety.

What methods of payment are accepted during this time?

We are not accepting cash payments at this time. We are accepting all major credit cards and debit cards.

Will this pickup in-store be a permanent feature?

Yes, moving forward, you will have a choice to either pick up your order at your local store, or have it shipped to you, as you prefer. We are launching with the following locations:
