We are looking for an Accounts Manager. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Partnerships team in developing the portfolio of clients and grow our business.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Accounts Manager. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Partnerships team in developing the portfolio of clients and grow our business.

What would you be doing?

  • Processing new sales leads and continuous monitoring of retailer accounts
  • Assisting in ensuring optimal stock availability and inventory levels at POS
  • Managing the timely correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports for the sales team
  • Providing administrative assistance (i.e. scheduling diaries, placing phone calls)
  • Sending samples to retailers on a daily basis
  • Picking and packing orders (sometimes includes heavy lifting)

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office like MS Excel, power point etc.
  • Strong “can do” attitude
  • Strong communication skills with a service orientation/attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing high-volume environment with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to fine-detail, even during peak periods
This is a full-time position based out of our corporate US Office in Downtown NYC at 138 Spring St.
