Customer Happiness Ambassador

In a competitive marketplace where businesses compete for customers; customer satisfaction is the key differentiator and we are looking for a Customer Happiness Ambassador, who can help us create that difference for us.

DECIEM has more than 10 brands in the beauty world and operates a growing portfolio of more than 200 products in more than 15 markets. We are growing very rapidly and want to do things no one has ever done before.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products
  • Investigate issues and provide solutions to customer
  • Work with internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Able to handle and resolve customer inquiries via email/phone
  • Help build strong customer relations

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in customer service environment preferred
  • Passionate and high on energy
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Problem solving attitude with a strong understanding of customer’s needs and behaviors
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
This position is based out of Toronto, Ontario
