In a competitive marketplace where businesses compete for customers, customer satisfaction is the key differentiator and we are looking for a Customer Happiness Ambassador, who can help us create that difference for us.

What would you be doing?

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products
  • Help build strong customer relations
  • Able to handle and resolve customer inquiries via email/phone
  • Work with internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Investigate issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Manage customer feedback and queries.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • 1-2 years of retail/customer service industry experience
  • Love of beauty products and a passion for skincare.
  • Comfortable in engaging customers, and applying products with the customer while providing consultations.
  • Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service.
  • Desire to thrive working in a team environment
  • Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
