We are looking for an HR team member with an absolute passion for HR and hopefully some experience in beauty or fashion. You are a hands on “do-er”, and love being involved in all aspects of HR operations. You think like an entrepreneur and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What would you be doing?

Talent Acquisition
  • Lead recruitment process, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Develop market appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Select and prescreen candidates
  • Develop and present job offers
  • Ensure positive onboarding experience
Talent Development and Engagement
  • Provide hands-on, proactive and high-quality support for training and development
  • Supporting the leadership development of the store management team, including active coaching support
  • Collaborate with Store Management teams to identify and develop in store talent to create store succession plans
  • Partner with management to address performance management issues to ensure fairness and consistency, as well as alignment with company culture
HR Administration and Support
  • Working with our global team, partner in designing, documenting, communicating and implementing programs
  • Champion workplace health and safety program standards and compliance, including workplace inspections and incident investigations
  • Respond to general employee inquiries and questions on employment, benefits, programs, policies and procedures
  • Accurate and prompt entry of all employee information and ongoing data integrity in the HR systems

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Flexible collaborative style and approach with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong intuitive and independent thinking ability
  • Solid priority setting and organizations skills with a high attention to detail and deadlines
  • Action and results oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Desire to thrive in an unstructured environment working with some really crazy, but fun people!
This position is based out of our corporate Head Office in London, UK at 6C Cotton's Gardens.
