We are looking for a Store Inventory Coordinator who will manage the logistics related to our retail operation at the new/existing stores. This is a full-time role.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Store Inventory Coordinator who will manage the logistics related to our retail operation at the new/existing stores. This is a full-time role.

What would you be doing?

  • Monitor store inventory levels daily
  • Prepare shipments
  • Order supplies (light fixtures, products, furniture, etc.)
  • Print and attach paperwork
  • Communicate with stores to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Picking and packing shipments
  • Track shipments to arrive on time with no discrepancies
  • Complete adjustment sheets
  • Performing reconciliation counts when needed to verify correct stock levels
  • Print and circulate important store documents
  • Lead store reconciliation

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Experience working in stock inventory management
  • Ability to multi-task, and has strong leadership skills
  • Outstanding order accuracy
  • Strong, open-minded, hard-working, very polite, reliable individuals
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing high-volume environment with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to fine detail, even during peak periods
  • Open to flexibility and constant change
  • Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with minimal supervision
