What are the benefits in having a live consultation with the team?

It’s like we are in the store right with you. Ask us anything or show us your current regimen. We’re so excited to chat with you.

Is there a commitment to buy products after the consultation?

None at all. We are more than happy to simply chat and share our knowledge :-)

I can't see the HERO Widget on my product page. What do I do?

We use the HERO widget to provide you access to real-time support from our retail team. Our team is working as quickly as possible, but the chat bubble may disappear if there are no available agents at the moment (we never knew it was possible for bubbles to burst in a good way). Please try again later or send us a message via DECIEM.com/contact - we'll be in touch soon. :)

Will I be connected with an ambassador from my local store?

Yes! You will be connected with a retail ambassador at your local store, get ready to see some familiar faces.

Can the ambassador direct me to where to purchase products?

Yes, however we will never add any products to your basket. We are happy to point you in the right direction (by sending you a link to the product page).

Will this be available long term or just during the COVID-19 pandemic?

This will be a permanent fixture on DECIEM.com and will continue to be used by our store teams once our stores reopen.

Do I need to bring anything to my virtual consultation?

Just yourself. Although we would also love to see any products from your current regimen.
