Which products are on sale?

Are these orders final sale?
  • No, they are not. We wanted to give our customers the chance to try new things and sometimes those things don’t always work out. An item I want is out of stock. Do you have a waiting list or offer raincheck? How can I be notified once it is back in stock?
  • Unfortunately, we don't have email notifications enabled at this time due to the promotion, but we hope to have them back later on during the sale. Our promotion is only available while supplies last and we are unable to offer rain checks but we will be restocking as usual throughout November. We recommend checking the website periodically to see if the item you would like is available.

Am I able to get a price adjustment on a previous order?
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments and we're unable to apply the discount retroactively. However, you're more than welcome to return the item(s) for a full refund. Our full return policy and return instructions can be found at Our promotion will be available for the full month, so no rush to make any decisions now.
Do you offer a pick up in store option? Can you ship items from the stores?
  • We don't have a pick up in store option just yet, but hope to in the future.
Do I have to buy all 5 at once or I spread it out through multiple purchases?
  • You're welcome to spread out your purchases throughout the month as we want to encourage our customers to make considered purchasing decisions.
Can you combine my purchases?
  • We would love to, but unfortunately due to the volume of orders, we're unable to combine multiple purchases at this time.

Important-but-boring bits (Terms and Conditions)

  • Maximum of 5 promotionally-priced units per product per customer for the month of November. Further units may be purchased at their original price.
  • The Ordinary Colours limited to 2 promotionally-priced units per product per customer for the month of November. Further units may be purchased at their original price.
  • Products purchased during November may be returned for a full refund as per our return policy which can be explored via Returned items will be refunded at the promotional price paid.
  • November promotions are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable.
  • November promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • DECIEM reserves the right to (i) discontinue this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions online.
  • The 23% discount is available on and in all standalone DECIEM stores from November 1, 2019 at 8am EST to November 30, 2019 at 11:59pm EST (excluding November 29, when the DECIEM website and stores will be closed).
  • Promotion is available to all global customers.
