You are about to provide personal data as part of a recruitment process for Deciem Beauty Group Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "DECIEM" or the "Company").

The Data controller for the purpose of the recruitment process is the legal entity where the employer is located (i.e., where the job offer is proposed). The information described above, if requested from you, is necessary to enter into a possible employment contract. You are not obliged to provide this information. However, should you decide not to provide any of the requested information, you will not be able to continue your candidacy for the specific position(s) you have selected.

If we make and you accept a former offer of employment with us, we will require further information from you in order to meet our obligations as an employer, such as your bank details so that we can pay your salary. We will process your information in accordance with our regular data protection practices.

How We Use the Information about You

The information you provide in connection with the recruitment process will be used for the purpose of evaluating and assessing your experience and qualifications as it relates to specific position requirements. We will use your information for this purpose in order to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

How Do We Share Your Information

Information you provide us as part of the recruitment process is accessible only to those DECIEM employees, consultants and other third-party service providers involved with our recruitment, interview and onboarding processes.

Your information may also be subject to disclosure when required or permitted by law, such as pursuant to a lawful access request by foreign courts, police or other government authorities.

Data Transfers

We may transfer the information we collect about you to jurisdictions other than the jurisdiction in which the information was originally collected and your information may be processed and stored outside of your jurisdiction of residence. As a general rule, depending on country specific provisions, we will keep job applicant records for no longer than two years after our last contact. You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us at any time with effect for the future by contacting us as indicated below. This will not affect the lawfulness of our use of your information based on your consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes, including profiling. Subject to applicable laws, no more than twice in a 12 month period you have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data that you have provided to us about you with your consent, and the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller, where it is technically feasible. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
