We are growing very rapidly and need someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us! The Clinical Research Assistant Manager will diligently handle documents and materials, conduct research, and analyze data.

What would you be doing?

  • Research current and new in vitro assays to test cosmetic products in house
  • Provide recommendations for performing experiments
  • Apply research findings to design, plan, and execute controlled experiments to test finished cosmetics products
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure R&D goals are met
  • Source all the materials required for the experiment
  • Use analytical instruments to collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
  • Follow SOP's and write new ones
  • Communicate results in a cross-functional team setting, prepare final reports suitable for regulatory fillings
  • Work with other labs to carry out tests that might not be feasible in house
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Science/Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of research experience
  • Experience designing and conducting (preferably in vitro cosmetic tests)
  • Organized and good time management
  • Proactive in learning and applying research to further R&D goals
  • Good documentation practices
  • Adaptive and flexible
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task and troubleshoot
