Clinical Research Lab Associate

We are growing very rapidly and looking for a Clinical Research Lab Associate. This person will assist with most aspects of the day-to-day operations of Clinical Research Department, including testing for new and existing products for safety and efficacy tests in house. Assist in answering complex research questions and be able to do extensive literature search.

We are growing very rapidly and looking for a Clinical Research Lab Associate. This person will assist with most aspects of the day-to-day operations of Clinical Research Department, including testing for new and existing products for safety and efficacy tests in house. Assist in answering complex research questions and be able to do extensive literature search.

What would you be doing?

  • Perform testing for multiple projects in house and other general lab duties.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and conduct tests on-time to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct in-house survey for multiple projects and assist in analysing results.
  • Conduct background research for specific research questions from R&D or Clinical perspective.
  • Use instruments to collect, analyze and interpret experimental data
  • Follow SOP’s, manage inventory and be responsible for autoclave and sterile oven.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with 2 years+ of professional experience.
  • Good organization and multi tasking skills, able to meet target deadlines on time.
  • Experienced in conducting experiments (Mostly cell culture and skin-based studies).
  • Experience in cell culture and other related cell biological techniques will be a bonus.
  • Ability to learn and use different bio-analytical measurement methods will be a nice to have.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in a team.
