What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Global Partnerships Associate Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the Business Development and Global Partnerships teams while developing strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability and communication globally. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is action-oriented, flexible, and can multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

What would you be doing?

  • Support the Global Director of Business Development with new business and global expansion plans including but not limited to prospecting, conducting market research and coordinating visits with distributors / prospective partners
  • Facilitate retail and distribution partnerships account set-up (handling administrative requirements, ensuring brand assets are transmitted, supporting in launch planning) in new markets
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments including: Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR / Comms and Digital to help aid our distribution expansion, brand elevation and education with retail and distribution partners in new markets.
  • Create standard practices, documents and procedures to maximize efficiency, maintain consistency, support portal integration and ensure transparency globally
  • Partner with Supply Chain to communicate and ensure optimal stock availability and inventory updates with a global lens
  • Track, analyze and recap global business performance and opportunities on bi-weekly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Lead monthly calls with the global market teams and own agendas + recaps on behalf of the Partnerships function
  • Own the running global calendar to ensure visibility into sales and key internal and external deadlines, updates and expansion plans 
  • Attend regular internal meetings to represent Global Partnerships function within DECIEM providing sales specific insight to internal cross-functional partners
  • Consolidate global forecast for new launches and work with Supply Chain on communicating timeline updates + overseeing prioritization as needed 

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with corporate retail sales experience for a beauty brand
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism with solid priority setting / organizational skills
  • Strong collaborator with independent thinking ability who can work effectively with key internal and external cross-functional partners
