We are looking for someone to join as an IT Coordinator to help us with various IT related projects in our Toronto office.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to join as an IT Coordinator to help us with various IT related projects in our Toronto office.

What would you be doing?

  • Work closely with the IT Coordinator
  • Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, peripherals, etc)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
  • Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Assisting in other projects as assigned
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS/IOS operating systems

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an IT helpdesk or similar role
  • Level 1 Help Desk and Deskside Support experience
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
  • Experienced in administering G Suite/MS365/Ring central/Dropbox/Slack
  • Experienced in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Zendesk/Remedy/Happyfox)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Experienced in security systems and IP cameras/NVR/DVR
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus
This is a full-time position based out of our corporate Head Office in Downtown Toronto at 517 Richmond Street East.
