What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Video Post-production to work on all of our custom motion graphics.

What would you be doing?

  • Responsible for postproduction of video content for web and social media across all channels and departments of the company at the intermediate level
  • Collaborate with and support Senior Videographer & Editor with new projects, ideation, production, and various tasks
  • Conduct post-production content of all edits of videos required for partnership deliverables
  • Manage video production projects and provide support for day to day tasks
  • Perform associated multimedia functions such as record audio, audio & video duplication
  • Ensure all creative work is of the highest quality and reflects brand standards
  • Manage ongoing alignment with other departments on project objectives and requirements
  • Review content created by all videographers and editors ensuring quality content and ethical storytelling
  • Provide feedback from the production team
  • Improve working knowledge of other related post-production software
  • Oversea the editing and finishes of finalized of video content
  • Support the creative team in daily duties, and ongoing projects
  • Be a supportive member to the creative team and contribute to ongoing team support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Strong understanding of audio, color, cinematography, video framing approach and theory
  • Passion for creativity & visual design and ability to conceptualize out-of-the-box ideas
  • Capable in problem-solving, project management and teamwork
  • Solid organization and time management skills, detail-oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in creative design is an asset
