Partnerships Associate

This role is responsible for supporting the Partnerships team by managing key administrative processes, communicating with key contacts and liaising with the internal team and other departments. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is action-oriented, flexible, and can multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

What are we looking for?

This role is responsible for supporting the Partnerships team by managing key administrative processes, communicating with key contacts and liaising with the internal team and other departments. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is action-oriented, flexible, and can multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

What would you be doing?

  • Ensuring our partners have all the necessary information for new product and brand launches
  • Managing retailer orders place through the portal and ensuring they are sent in a timely manner
  • Working alongside with the relevant Partnerships Manager to help assist with new Partnership launches
  • Working with Partnerships team to help execute promotional activities and events with our key retailers
  • Track all calendar deadlines to submit all necessary deliverables to retailers across digital, marketing, merchandising, and product development needs
  • Assisting in entering of PO's into the portal for retailers
  • Ensuring distribution plans are executed on time
  • Supporting our partnership with QVC by assisting with Ad compliance and show presentation, etc
  • Filling out new product information sheets for retailers launching new products/brands
  • Emailing retailers all digital assets for new product launches
  • Sending samples to retailers, as needed
  • Managing our Distribution & Partnerships inquiries
  • Undertaking Administrative tasks

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism with solid priority setting / organizational skills
  • Strong intuitive and independent thinking ability
