What are we looking for?

This role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while developing strategies to increase revenue for DECIEM. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is action-oriented, flexible, and can multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

What would you be doing?

  • Processing new sales leads and continuous monitoring of retailer accounts
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key US retail accounts
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key account counterparts including merchandising, dotcom, marketing, planning etc.
  • Assisting in ensuring optimal stock availability and inventory levels at POS
  • Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services when required
  • Input to business planning for retail targets, promotional volumes, and launch activities
  • Managing the timely correspondence with the retailers and ensure their order is fulfilled within the deadline
  • Track, analyze and recap business performance and opportunities on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Attend regular internal meetings to represent account for team needs and share account developments with cross-functional partners

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • BA / BS required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism with solid priority setting / organizational skills
  • Strong intuitive and independent thinking ability
