We are growing very rapidly and are currently recruiting a Quality Auditor Specialist who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!

What would you be doing?

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Internal Audit Program to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) Inspection Management and Audits Management applications
  • Develop, implement, and manage the internal audit schedule
  • Conduct internal audits and assess their compliance with internal policies, procedures and standards
  • Conduct supplier / vendor audits and assess their compliance with applicable policies, procedures and standards
  • Support external regulatory authority audits and client inspections
  • Manage supplier documents, audit reports, findings, responses and database(s)
  • Manage internal audit reports, findings, responses and database(s)
  • Manage, review, approve and close internal, external and supplier audit related CAPAs to ensure that the completed actions appropriately address findings
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify departments and areas where corrective actions and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI’s)/ recommendations can be implemented
  • Collaborate with site department’s management to ensure that assigned CAPAs, are appropriate to address audit findings
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics relating to supplier / internal audits, and trending completion and performance
  • Assist with standard operating procedures, work instructions, process flow diagrams, quality standards etc. (e.g. draft, edit, review and approve)
  • Identify compliance gaps, best practices, system use / efficiency and provide recommendations for new approaches to ensure continuous improvement and enhance organizational GMP effectiveness and compliance
  • Address and manage all inquiries received regarding audits in a professional, timely and courteous manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Quality Management and as required to support business requirements

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Experienced in auditing, supplier management, and quality systems
  • Strong knowledge of ISO22716, GMPs guidelines, Health Canada, FDA, EMEA requirements within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing quality environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google applications (Gmail, DropBox etc.)
  • Proficiency with software systems for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365; SAP
  • NetSuite), Quality Management System (QMS) (e.g. Intelex; Trackwise), Project Management (e.g. Wrike) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment across internal and external clients
  • 5 years’ experience in a Quality role within a GMP environment
  • Relevant education/experience in Quality and/or auditing role.
