What are we looking for?

We are growing very rapidly and are currently recruiting for Quality Control Associate - Raw Materials who share the vision and want to grow with us!

What would you be doing?

  • Conduct sensory evaluation on raw materials, in-process and finished products (E.g. colour, odor, texture).
  • Conduct evaluation on raw materials in accordance with in house• SOP.
  • Cleaning, sanitization, calibration, and verification of Lab equipment. (E.g. pH Meter, viscometer, Scales, and Thermometer).
  • Receiving, organizing, and storing of retain samples of raw material.
  • Work collaboratively with inventory department to ensure raw material is tested according to procedure.
  • Document activities and results according to quality standards.
  • Assist in customer compliant investigation through retain sample review.
  • Ensuring that all QC activities in the facility are appropriately carried out under cGMP, GLP, GDP standards and guidelines
  • Writing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for newly established process and methods
  • Report any raw material deviation to management.
  • Preparing deviation report and documentation in accordance with standard operating procedure.
  • Apply the knowledge, skills and experience obtained to increase efficiency in solving new problems.
  • Participate in other activities (e.g administrative) of the department and other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility in working weekends if requested.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivation and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant education and experience working in the Quality department.
