Regulatory Affairs Senior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting or a Regulatory Affairs Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will work with the project management team, new product development team, and new business development team to ensure the needs and scope of the projects are met within the required time frame. As an integral member of DECIEM’s Regulatory Affairs team, the successful candidate will help develop enhancements to the process flow between departments.

What are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting or a Regulatory Affairs Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will work with the project management team, new product development team, and new business development team to ensure the needs and scope of the projects are met within the required time frame. As an integral member of DECIEM’s Regulatory Affairs team, the successful candidate will help develop enhancements to the process flow between departments.

What would you be doing?

  • Develop and implement process maps and work plans for different types of Regulatory projects and input them into the project management tool.
  • Create project charters, write meeting notes, and prepare ad hoc reports and presentations.
  • Monitor teams to ensure they are meeting project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively and maintain good working relationships with our internal and external partners.
  • Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify any possible risks, perform risk assessment, and develop contingency plans for risk mitigation.
  • Represent Regulatory at meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science or a related field.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in project management either in new product development or new business development.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, and often global projects.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well organized.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with departments to implement changes or new systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Mind Manager, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
