Replenishment Analyst

What are we looking for?

As a replenishment analyst, you track supplies to estimate future use, anticipate when new materials are needed, and place orders to replenish stock

What would you be doing?

  • Supports the Replenishment team’s core daily/weekly/monthly routines
  • Documents and shares the meeting summary of weekly production calls, partnership calls & ad-hoc meetings
  • Prepares daily open PO/REQ report for the hub DC to help fulfill backorders & future-dated open orders
  • Constantly monitors E-Commerce stock level, replenishes their inventory, and updates E-Commerce stock flag.
  • Thoroughly documents and updates the status of products with production delays, QA issues, packaging shortages/late-arrivals, etc.
  • Follows up with the Production team for a consistent update of the weekly MPS (Master Production Schedule)
  • Assists with measuring and documenting Key Performance Indicators: Fill Rate, Weeks of Supply, Out of Stock SKU Count, etc.
  • Monitors and updates status of all open retailer orders and requisitions shipping from the hub DC
  • Maintains daily ETA report to provide visibility of all incoming shipments to the DC teams in the DECIEM network
  • Actively engages in continuous improvement of the allocation & order management processes

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • University Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing/Supply Chain is required
  • 2 -3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or retail analysis is required
  • 2 + years of relevant warehouse and supply chain management experience is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Energetic and passionate about continuous improvement
