By submitting any content in any from (written text, voice note, photo or video, including your likeness) to Deciem Inc., you guarantee that: (i) you grant Deciem Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology for any purpose throughout the world without compensation to you; (ii) all content that you submit may be used or not used at Deciem Inc.'s sole discretion and Deciem Inc. reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content in its sole discretion; (iii) you waive any right to inspect or approve any content or the use to which the content is applied or materials the content is incorporated into and you waive all moral rights in the content and any such materials; (iv) you agree that any and all materials created by Deciem Inc. that incorporate your content shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Deciem Inc.; (v) none of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Deciem Inc.; and (vi) you release Deciem from any liability resulting from the production, reproduction or use hereunder of your content.
